Here is one of Master Zou's younger students at a talent show in 2010:
Below  is one of Master Zou's students working on  "Ta Ni Bu" (mud walking step) as well as the initial palms in the system.  Circle walking is a main component of all Bagua systems and it helps to train the the body along with several other things.
The twisting and constant awareness of alignment as you move helps develop the mind and body together increasing dynamic and intrinsic strength as well as quick feet for fast footwork. There are many different variations of stepping in Bagua this is only one method.

Students here are working on  footwork, distance, timing and entry using drill called Chuan Zhang.

Students continuing  to use Chuan Zhang drill to work on footwork, timing, range, and entry for basic applications.   Sifu Zou creates a safe space and method for students to learn this  through flow and partner exercises.  This type of training develops all the attributes mention earlier as well as body development from Baguas method of training which is why you see them entering with spear hand  vs the traditional orthodox method.

As mentioned earlier along with training  footwork and entry you can also train application of throws when the moment is right.  Here students are using Chuan Zhang to enter and follow up with throws.  Sifu Zou creates a safe environment for you to learn and work on these aspects of Bagua training.
